I’ve spent more than four decades working across professional sports, media, marketing, public relations and executive leadership, including 17 years with the Chicago Bears and the Super Bowl XX championship organization.
My career has also included Major League Baseball, the Chicago White Sox, ESPN and other sports and media organizations, providing me with a front-row perspective on leadership, teamwork, championship culture and the business of sports.
Today, I draw upon those experiences as a speaker, consultant and storyteller, sharing lessons from an extraordinary career along with a personal journey centered on resilience, recovery and creating a meaningful legacy.

Matt Suhey and Ken, 40th anniversary Gary Fencik party, September 17, 2025
Matt Suhey is one of my many favorites from the ‘85 team as he was Walter Payton’s running mate and took care of all of Walter’s estate holdings following his untimely passing November 1, 1999.
Stories like these sit at the heart of every presentation: the relationships, the standards, and the quiet decisions that built a championship organization. They are paired with a personal journey centered on resilience, recovery, and second chances.
The result is a perspective that speaks to executives, athletes, students, and anyone rebuilding after a setback.
Championship culture is not built on one Sunday. It is built on the standards a team refuses to lower.
Ken connected four decades of championship experience to the exact challenges our leadership team was facing. The room was locked in from the first minute.
